a few weeks ago there appeared a website that answers come in at www.ilverofilippobruno.info publicly slandered my relation to a non-payment for a lease for office in 1996.
one page of the site mentions that the Court of Padova ruled ordered to pay an unspecified amount on a contract with a landlord is not specified, followed by a party's lawyer is not specified.
It also produces a copy of a private act of the court of any reference to age, legal, economic and protocol.
The whole thing is topped off with a text that seeks to categorize as a crook who hides behind the foreign residence for not paying.
E 'disturbing that some unknown takes the trouble to register a website with even a U.S. server provider in Dallas to make it all disappear without a trace naively to escape due to the complaint for libel and slander is worse with the medium Print speed (which Internet is justly equalized).
E 'right to clarify the issue if only to a form of due respect to those feeds in my regard and esteem that is at least "shocked" by such a cowardly attack:
1) In 1996 I was in the U.S. where I studied UCLA
2) If there may have been a lack of payment of fees or other course in 14 years the situation has been resolved legally.
3) My foreign residence was entered as a regular AIRE until 2006 when I got to be resident in Italy for the purpose of work.
4) Since 2009 is again being re-registered in the AIRE abroad much of the my time.
5) I am someone who enjoys a degree of visibility and covering positions that clearly expose me to criticism or praise. For this reason I always reperibilissimo enough to have a blog, a Facebook group, a website with my Association and two secretaries in Milan and Padua.
Who is allowed to violate the Penal Code with the defamatory attack on the site mentioned has already received a criminal complaint for libel and slander, addition to this received a Civil Complaint for the serious damage caused to my public image.
Dear Friends, you are well aware the Internet, use it carefully and above all do not fall into traps of these scoundrels who want to tarnish the good name of people in their nasty foolishly believing they can hide behind a network that now, thanks to European law, no longer allows the anonymity of those who registered sites, write blogs, or attacking people for free.
